Claudia Copley

Growing up in an environment lacking inspiration and empowerment, Claudia found her inner strength and voice as an adult. Her journey of self-discovery led her to develop a program for young girls, enabling them to recognize their value, confidence, and resilience from an early age. Thus, 4GIRLS was born.

Claudia is an empowerment coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is an accredited CPCC ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation. She founded Claudia Copley Empowerment Coaching in 2020 and finds immense fulfillment in her work. Through her work, Claudia guides others to transform into their best and most authentic version of themselves and encourages them to live wholeheartedly. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and transformation. She helps individuals discover their authentic selves, embrace their strengths, and pursue their passions, cultivating a mindset of resilience and wholehearted living.

Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from California State University, Long Beach. Residing in Long Beach with her husband, she cherishes her two grown children and their two beloved rescue dogs. Since 2009, Claudia has served as a docent at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) in Long Beach, sharing her passion for art, history, and culture with children, teens, and adults.​​
