Caryl Strong is a Managing Director of Deloitte & Touche LLP and joined Deloitte as an auditor in 2000. Caryl has extensive experience in public accounting with a focus on serving private and public entrepreneurial companies. Her clients include large private and public companies in the consumer and industrial products, retail and distribution industries. Caryl is a national office Master Trainer of DFX (Deloitte Faculty Excellence) and facilitates training on technical accounting, auditing and professional development topics. She is the Los Angeles Champion for the Deloitte Board Readiness Program.

Caryl worked on the regional committee of the Network of Executive Women for Southern California from January 2009 through June 2017 as the historian, maintaining the archives of photos and videos of the events presented by the organization.

Caryl served as a Wish Granter for Make a Wish Foundation from October 2009 through September 2015, making wishes come true for children in Orange County.

Caryl currently serves as the financial secretary of the Huntington Beach High School Foundation from August 2020.
